My left small toe really hurt so I tried the stretcher and it worked.. I sprayed the bravo-fit stuff on the inside and is softened the area I was working on… pretty cool.. I like how they have updated the washers to Metal. Spray worked well: Shoe Stretcher Spray 4oz Bravo-fit

Plastic parts are quick to break

I bought these and in hindsight, I would have paid more for a higher quality pair. One of the stretchers didn’t work properly from the beginning, but I dealt with it, and now the other one is broken after being used on less than 10 pairs of shoes. A lot of the pieces are plastic, and they can’t withstand the tension from normal use. I replaced a pair of plastic washers with metal ones after they broke, but now an internal cone-shaped plastic piece is broken that can’t be replaced. I think most people will be much better off buying a pair of shoe stretchers that will last a while.

At the first time it stretched the shoe all right but when I wanted to take out the tip (what makes the wood part extend )broke off and I had to pry it out. But my money was refunded ,no problem.That is the best way to shop; trough Amazon.
